Healthy Brain Habits: Strategies to Improve Brain Health (Zoom)

October 19, 2026 - 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Currently, there is no surefire way to prevent dementia, but there is growing research that shows we can potentially reduce our risk for dementia by addressing lifestyle factors. This virtual program explores what brain health is as well as the difference between modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors for dementia. This program also describes practical, evidence-based lifestyle strategies - such as exercise, sleep, and social engagement - that can help support brain health over time.

You can join this virtual program here.

For over 40 years, Alzheimer’s New Jersey has been here for our local communities, providing support to families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. As the leading Alzheimer’s organization in New Jersey, this organization focuses on strengthening community partnerships and expanding and developing vital programs.
