Understanding Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are often misunderstood and can be difficult to recognize, especially when cultural beliefs shape how we think about food, weight, and health.
Join us to learn about eating disorders, recognize warning signs, challenge common misconceptions, and explore culturally informed ways to support ourselves and our loved ones.
