Benefits of Membership

All members receive great benefits, all of which are partially tax deductible. Best of all, Friends have the satisfaction of knowing that their support enriches The Library, one of our community's most important assets.

Patron	$10	Library newsletter Inform by mail, free admission to Book Sale Opening Night (tax deductible portion is $9).
Supporter	$25	All of the above plus coupons good for two DVD or video game rentals - an extra $4 value ($18 tax-deductible).
Contributor	$50	All of the above plus your name, or any name you designate, goes on a bookplate in a new Library book ($23 tax deductible).
Donor	$75	All of the above and even better: you get coupons good for four DVD or video game rentals - an extra $8 value ($44 tax deductible).
Sponsor	$100	All of the above and even better: you get coupons good for five DVD or video game rentals - an extra $10 value ($67 tax deductible).
Fellow	$250	All of the above and even better: you get coupons good for six DVD or video game rentals - an extra $12 value - plus Storytelling Festival sponsorship, including two preferred-seating tickets to the Saturday evening show, family admission on Sunday, and a listing in the program ($155 tax deductible).
Benefactor	$500	All of the above, plus a $100 credited contribution to The Library's book endowment ($305 tax deductible).
Champion	$1000	All of the above, with a credited contribution increased to a full $200 Library endowment, a prestigious donation that purchases a book for The Library every year in perpetuity, each book plated with your or your designee's name ($705 tax deductible).

 

Meeting Schedule

The Friends meet monthly at the library except for July and August. Meetings are held in a meeting room at 8 p.m. of the day noted in the calendar. All are welcome to attend.

The Friends also hold two program meetings annually, one in the Spring and one in the Fall.
