Learn how you can become the next great teen filmmaker! Record.Play is our new student film competition. Information sessions are: Saturday, June 21, at 10 a.m. Monday, June 30, at 7 p.m.

Think you’re the next Scorsese, McQueen, or Cuarón? Here is your chance to put your skills to the test!

Record.Play is a student film competition that invites teens to create a “trailer” promoting the services, collections and programs of the East Brunswick Public Library.  The Library will share the results with the community at the Record.Play Film Festival on Sunday Sept. 7.  At the end of the Festival, the judges will announce the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.   The complete set of guidelines is available here: www.ebpl.org/main/recordplay.cfm.

There are two information sessions for teens interested in participating in the competition, Saturday, June 21, at 10 a.m., and Monday, June 30, at 7p.m.  This is an opportunity to find out about Library services, programs, and collections, review the competition’s guidelines, as well as ask library staff questions.
