Was one of your New Year’s resolutions to eat more fruits and vegetables—maybe even become a vegetarian?  Learn all about how easy it is to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle at a free program by Susan Rose at the East Brunswick Public Library on Wednesday, March 26, 7:30 p.m.  Everyone is welcome.

Ms. Rose really knows her onions.  She has been a practicing vegetarian for 35 years and has taught vegetable-based cooking and diet in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.  Her presentation includes a demonstration, cooking instruction, nutrition information, product display, recipes, and sample foods.  “The vegetarian diet,” she says, “is good for the body, mind, and soul.  Not only is it easy to follow and gentle to the planet, but it will give you more vitality, better health, and can even enhance your sense of well-being and spiritual development.”  A longtime practitioner of meditation, Ms. Rose will close with a brief meditation sitting.
