Jan Yager Headlines November Author Series on November 18th

Author will speak about her book “Work Less, Do More,” share advice about how to inspire the creative spirit in children and teens and provide 10 tips for succeeding as a writer today.

Could your time-management skills use improvement? Are you effective at delegating? Headlining the November Author Series, Jan Yager will discuss her career and her new book “Work Less, Do More: The 14-Day Productivity Makeover” at the East Brunswick Library on Tuesday, November 18th at 7:30 pm. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library. All are welcome to attend.

The author of 20 highly-acclaimed books, including “Who’s Sitting at My Desk,” “When Friendship Hurts” and “Friendshifts, ” Jan will share advice for parents about how to inspire the creative spirit in children and teens. In addition, she will provide ten tips for succeeding as a writer today.

During the November Author Series, The Friends of the Library are also holding a November Author Series/Membership Drive to invite our residents to become a dues paying Friends member during the month of November.  Friends’ membership applications are available at the library, and you will also be able to join or renew your membership at this event.

Formed in 1967, the Friends have helped keep The Library at the cutting edge of information and cultural services. By helping to soften the blow of harsh fiscal realities, and by providing so many of the “extras” that make The Library an exceptional example to this and other communities, the Friends are an invaluable and essential resource.
