Golf Fitness- Exercise to Improve your Swing!

A great golf swing involves flexibility, balance and timing. You can improve the efficiency of your swing and prevent injuries with stretching and strengthening exercises that are specific to golf.

 

With spring nearly here and summer just around the corner, it might be time to get the rust off and work on your golf swing. Come by the East Brunswick Public Library for Golf Fitness: Exercises to Improve Your Swing on Monday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m. and get professional help from Dr. Joel Schwartz. A chiropractor and Therapeutic Exercise Specialist, Dr. Schwartz will explain how to improve the efficiency of your swing and prevent injuries with stretching and strengthening exercises that are specific to golf.
