Join Korean War veteran, Lawrence Soffer for an interesting and informative talk on the everyday life of the Korean people during the conflict years. Wednesday, March 21, from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Join Korean War veteran, Lawrence Soffer for an interesting and informative talk on the everyday life of the Korean people during the conflict years.  Soffer served in an Army medical battalion in North Korea in 1950,  and during quiet periods he was able to visit small villages.  Korean culture, history, religion and economics will be discussed during this informative program. All are welcome to this free program which will include slides from Larry’s personal collection. Sponsored by the Middlesex County Chapter of Brandeis national Committee and the Library.
