- If you see the information bar at the top of the window that says Pop-up blocked, click on the bar to either temporarily or always allow pop-ups form this site.
- If you get this error message BEFORE you have entered the first 5 digits of your library card number, click OK. Then click on the white information bar at the top of the window that says This website is using a scripted window…
- Then click on Temporarily Allow Scripted Windows. Now when you click on the Morningstar link, you will see a popup window in which you can enter the first 5 digits of your library card number.
