Staying Connected: Tips on Overcoming Hearing Loss"
Regina Criscione will present a talk about adult hearing loss and hearing devices.

Dr. Criscione, Sc.D., CCC/A, an audiologist from the JFK Outpatient Center in Monroe, will explain how we hear, the hearing evaluation, and communication strategies to help us hear better. She will also discuss types of hearing aides as well as other devices to help people with hearing loss. Dr. Criscione received her Master's degree from Columbia University and her Doctorate from Montclair State University. She specializes in working with seniors to help them overcome their listening difficulties. All are welcome to this free program!

Umesh Bhatia will discuss the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. He will also present a simple, yet powerful meditation technique that may enrich one’s life personally, professionally and spiritually. All are welcome to attend this free program!
