East Brunswick Library Strategic Plan 2012 - 2015

The Library embarked on a strategic planning process in 2011 to develop strategies that will keep the library responsive to customer needs during a rapidly changing environment for public libraries. The strategic plan will guide library services for the next 3-5 years, and will be reevaluated annually to address emerging opportunities and community needs. The results of that planning process are published in the following document: East Brunswick Public Library Strategic Plan 2012 - 2015.
