Award-winning Storyteller At The Library

Award-winning Storyteller At The Library

Join Storyteller Bil Lepp during this year’s Storytelling Festival at the East Brunswick Public Library
Saturday, Nov. 21 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 22 at 2 p.m.

If you like a good story, then you won’t want to miss the Seventeenth Annual James Hess Folklore and Storytelling Festival on Saturday, Nov. 21, and Sunday, Nov. 22, at the East Brunswick Public Library. Join award-wining storyteller, author and recording artist Bil Lepp as he brings his tall tales to the Library’s stage. Mr. Lepp’s stories often start as personal experiences, but quickly move toward the outrageous, hysterical and eventually to the unbelievable. Mr. Lepp won the West Virginia State Liars’ Contest five times, and promises to wow audiences with his unique brand of storytelling fun. Included in the price of the adult performance is a marvelous dessert buffet. So if you want a weekend of fun and stories, then we’ve got everything you need!

Tickets are $15 for the Saturday, Nov. 21 show at 7:30 p.m. for adults only, which includes delectable desserts.  Admission is $3 for individuals or $7 per family for the family show (ages 7 and up) on Sunday, Nov. 22, 2:00 p.m. Sponsorship tickets are $60, which includes two adult tickets/dessert buffets, one family ticket, preferred seating and a listing in the program. Tickets are available at the Circulation Desk. Those buying a ticket MUST fill out a ticket order form available at Circulation or online here.
