Library customers can now download and read DRM-protected library ebooks on Android and Apple devices including the iPhone and iPad. Bluefire Reader allows users to transfer ebooks to their Apple device via email or through iTunes. The app works best with ebooks in epub format as opposed to pdf format. Also, the latest version of the Overdrive Media Console v. 2 now supports ebooks. These apps can be downloaded directly from the app store on the device. For more information please visit the Ebooks and EAudiobooks section of the library website or visit Information Services for printed directions.
