Join us for an engaging workshop on simple, everyday habits that can support mental wellbeing!

 

Your mental health has a big impact on your physical health, but it’s often the first thing we overlook, especially when we get busy. In this workshop, we will explore practical ways to reduce stress, stay mentally active, and maintain emotional health as we age.

 

Presented by medical students from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
