Presented by South Asian Mental Health Initiative & Network (SAMHIN).

Conversations about mental health in South Asian families can feel difficult and complex. Cultural expectations, stigma, and generational differences often make it hard to speak openly or feel understood.

Aanya Jajoo, BS and Vasudev Makhija, MD lead this virtual program to help people navigate these crucial conversations.

This online workshop explores why these conversations can be challenging and offers practical strategies to help you communicate more effectively, build understanding, and create space for open, supportive dialogue within your family.
