THE UNSPOKEN

Indian Cultural Society of East Brunswick and East Brunswick Public Library present art, stories, and conversations about mental health.

All are welcome to join this event from 10:00am-1:00pm in the library's meeting rooms.

 

Programs include:

  • Dance of Depression - A movement-based reflection on silence, stigma & suicide. By: Meghna Sharma & Latika Chani.
  • Soliloquies of the mind - Theatre monologues on mental health. Compiled & directed by Anand Rao.
  • Panel Discussion - A conversation with mental health advocates and professionals.
  • Interactive Reflection Activities - Engage, express and connect in a supportive space.
