Library Reading Services
Why wait? Now you can automatically reserve your favorite author's newest books. It's easy! Fill out the information requested in the online form and select up to ten of your favorite authors from the list of authors on the back of the form. Your name will be added to the list of reserves as soon as any new hardcover fiction title by any of the authors you select is ordered by The Library. You may join or cancel at any time, with no charge ever! The Best Sellers Club is open to East Brunswick Public Library Cardholders only.
Check our Book Discussion Group page to find out what we are reading and talking about!The Book Discussion Group is an opportunity for adults to get together once a month, from September to June, to discuss a book, which is usually a contemporary fiction or non-fiction title. Check The Library's Book Discussion Group page for more information and to find the list of titles and dates selected for each session.

Here's how: Click on the NextReads icon above to make your newsletter choices. Put check marks next to your desired genres and fill in your name and email address and select a password. Once a month or every other month you'll receive a newsletter in your email with approximately 15 new and recommended books. Each title contains summary information and a link directly into the library catalog so you can quickly and easily see if it is available and/or place requests on the it. You don't even need a library card to subscribe, just a valid email address. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you are looking for books that are not listed in The Library Catalog, you may use our online Request for Books form to request that The Library purchase them.
The Library will either purchase the materials or borrow them from another library for you (see ILL or Interlibrary Loan description above) depending upon date of publication, availability, and the price of the item(s).
