National Resources

Americorps partners with local and national nonprofit groups to help others and meet a variety of critical community needs. These organizations range from well known groups such as Habitat for Humanity, the Red Cross, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, to local nonprofits and community groups. Volunteers teach computer skills, build affordable housing, clean public parks, tutor, help with disaster response and much more. In return for their service, AmeriCorps members receive AmeriCorps Education Awards that they can use to pay for college or to pay back qualified student loans.
