Find out if ghosts roam within the historic sites and buildings of Central New Jersey during “Haunted Jersey,” on Tuesday, June 15.  Gordon Ward, author of “Ghosts of Central Jersey: Historic Haunts of the Somerset Hills,” will present his argument for whether or not New Jersey is haunted. You may or may not be a believer, but when it’s done, you’ll be able to decide for yourself.

Honor fallen veterans at Veterans Park in East Brunswick

Sunday, May 30, 2010 at 1 p.m. in Veterans Park, East Brunswick.

Join the East Brunswick community for a Memorial Day Observance on Sunday, May 30, at 1 p.m. in Veterans Park and honor those who sacrificed their lives defending America. The ceremony will include a flag raising, presentation of wreaths, dedication of granite pavers, a Hometown Heroes roll call and a mini patriotic concert. If you can't make it in person, watch the event on EBTV throughout June. The schedule is as follows: Sundays, June 6 and June 13 at 8 p.m.; Tuesdays June 8 and June 15 at 11 a.m.; and Thursdays, June 10 and June 17 at 8 p.m. EBTV is broadcast on Comcast Channel 3 and Verizon FIOS channel 37. Watch FIOS channel 38 for the EBTV Community Bulletin Board.
