Learn how eating right and a healthy lifestyle can give you the energy you need
Wednesday, July 22, from 7 to 8 p.m.
Need more energy? Don’t’ reach for that energy drink, grab something healthy to eat instead. Join Holistic Health Counselor Sandra Hoedemaker at the East Brunswick Public Library on Wednesday, July 22, from 7 to 8 p.m. to learn about the foods you should eat and the foods you should avoid if you want to increase your energy. Stop struggling to get through the day, have more energy and learn how lifestyle choices can positively or negatively affect your energy level. By the end of the night, you’ll have the information you need to live a more energetic life. Everyone is welcome to this free event.
