Learn the 5 key numbers needed to better run and control your business! Tuesday, October 9, 8:00-9:30 am in the East Brunswick Municipal Building.

Presented by Edward Mendlowitz, CPA, and author of Power Bites.  Ed will teach you to use these numbers in only three minutes a day!

Techniques will be taught about how to obtain and analyze:

  •         cash management results;
  •          sales;
  •         payroll control figures;
  •         inventory changes;
  •         over and under of the break even sales amount.

The large handout will include forms that you can use to implement these techniques.
