Ira Whitman will present a portrait of modern-day Cuba, based on a recent people-to-people travel experience with The Johns Hopkins University Alumni Association. He and his wife, Audrey, were among those who have visited this country that seems to be suspended in the 1960s. The presentation includes an overview of the history, culture, economy and political system, accompanied by photos and discussion. Co-sponsored by the Middlesex Chapter of the Brandeis National Committee.
