“I Am Because Of You” tells how her family survived near-annihilation during the Holocaust and blossomed into future generations.
“It is not just my family’s story, but a story for all people of faith who have experienced loss, illness, renewal, hope and ultimately triumph,” she said.

Dobin graduated from Yeshiva University Stern College for Women with a degree in Education and received her certification as Teacher of the Handicapped from Kean University. She has taught Holocaust studies to middle school students and is deeply committed to furthering knowledge of this period in history.

The program is co-sponsored by East Brunswick Hadassah and East Brunswick Public Library. The event is free and open to the public.

Copies of “I Am Because Of You” will be available for purchase and signing following the program.
