New Monthly Meditation Workshop Starts Thursday
The library is pleased to announce a new monthly meditation group that will meet on the fourth Thursday of every month, starting this Thursday, January 26th at 7PM.
Presented by The Art of Living Foundation, this workshop will introduce you to powerful breathing techniques and knowledge of mind, body, & breath to:
- Reduce Stress
- Increase health & well being
- More ease & joy in personal relationships
- Improve Self Esteem
- Greater creativity and clarity of mind
The workshop will be held on the fourth Thursday of every month at 7PM.
