The next round of QuickBooks training classes is scheduled to begin in September.  Each class will run from 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. with a half hour break for lunch.  The dates are:

QuickBooks Level 1

QuickBooks Level 1 is the first of a three class introduction to the popular small business financial software and is designed for individuals who are just starting out with QuickBooks. It will include an introduction to the interface, how to set up your company’s QuickBooks, and how to add and work with customers, vendors, accounts and inventory in the Customer and Vendor Centers, the Chart of Accounts and the Lists Menu.

QuickBooks Level II

The second class of the series will include working with your accounts, recording sales information, handling payments, and, time permitting, entering and paying bills.

QuickBooks, Level III

The third class of the series will cover payroll basics, handling sales tax, customizing QuickBook forms, and using reports in QuickBooks.

Prerequisites

The Introduction to QuickBooks series classes are for business people who have a working knowledge of the Windows environment.  Registrants for Levels II and III should have taken the preceeding classes or have the equivalent experience.

Registration

The classes are being offered as a multipart series; however, each class costs $50 and must be registered for individually. The registration forms are linked in each event in the website calendar.
