EXTENDED DEADLINE: Submit Your Recipes Now!
The deadline to become a part of the Friends of the Library's Community Cookbook has been extended to July 30!
Now is your chance to share your culinary treasures with the world. The East Brunswick Friends of the Library is planning to publish a community cookbook to as a way to celebrate our diversity. The Friends invite East Brunswick residents to join in the fundraising project by submitting their favorite recipes. Submission forms are available at The Library or by emailing eblibraryfriends@gmail.com. Submit your recipes by July 30.

Aspiring Business Leaders: A Workshop for Teens
Get your teens engaged in the business world. Sign up for the Aspiring Business Leaders Workshop. Saturdays, July 12, 19 and 26 at 11 a.m.
The Business Resource Center@The East Brunswick Public Library will present a three-day Aspiring Business Leaders workshop designed to get teens engaged in the business world. Led by Natesh Sood, a business student at Rutgers University, the program will focus on training the students on how to find a job or internship, how to present yourself professionally during an interview, how to handle rejection, how to build experience on a college application, and the secrets of successful leaders. The sessions will be held on Saturdays, July 12, 19 and 26, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The workshop will feature guest speakers from profit and nonprofit organizations who will share their knowledge and personal stories of success. The program is open to ages 13 through 19. The cost is $10 per session, or $25 for all three. Refreshments will be provided. The deadline to register is July 9. Call 732-390-6782 or email teens@ebpl.org.
