David Moskowitz, Ph.D. will present a fun, photo-filled program on the Butterflies of East Brunswick and the East Brunswick Township-wide Butterfly Survey initiated in 2017.
East Brunswick has a rich butterfly (and moth) fauna due to its diverse habitats, from the expansive pinelands of Jamesburg Woods, to the large meadows of Heavenly Farms, plus forested wetlands, streams, and beautifully planted yards. Recommended for grades 3 and up.
This prograrm is part of the award-winning Option Green series in partnership with the Friends of the East Brunswick Environmental Commission.
