Every business person spends most of their time running their business, yet many do not have a handle on how much they make, what is happening to their cash, and whether they have the right controls. Ed will present the 5 numbers you must get every day that are readily available and that will only take 3 minutes to look at for you to be able to better manage and have greater control over your business.
