Just for the Health of It
The human body is designed to move. If we don't move, we risk losing some of our mobility, independence, and the ability to do the things we enjoy. As the old saying goes, "Use it or lose it!" By taking relatively simple steps now, we can improve our physical capabilities and preserve them well into the future. This program will offer insights and examples of some of the ways to do this, while leaving plenty of time for questions and answers.
Swati Juneja is a New Jersey licensed physical therapist who served as an Assistant Professor at the Garden City College of Physiotherapy and was also a a lecturer at Shekhar College of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. She is currently the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Brunswick Physical Therapy. Swati's practice includes the treatment of a wide variety of physical impairments ranging from orthopedic issues and neurological disorders to chronic pain and sports related injuries.
