Build on the skills learned in the Introduction to MS Word. Learn paragraph formatting & about TAB settings, create headers & footers, use Find & Replace, insert bullets & numbers, subscripts & superscripts, AutoCorrect entries, & Word Art.
Introduction to MS Word or ability to create, edit & save documents; how to format & print, copy & paste, & familiarity with the toolbars in MS Office. By signing up you are certifying that you have the basic skills required to complete this class. The class will be offered using Office 2010 software. If you are not familiar with this software, it is highly recommended that you take the Introduction to the New Microsoft Office first.
Please take your commitment seriously. Remember, your registration locks out someone else. If you cannot attend, you MUST call 732-390-6767 at least 24 hours before class time or cancel your registration online. If you do not attend and fail to cancel, $5 will be charged to your library account. Customers with fines exceeding $5 will have a blocked library card until the fine is paid. The $10.00 fee for noncardholders is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by The Library. Your fee may be applied to another class at a future date.
Please register early. Registration will be closed 48 hours before the start of a class. If there are fewer than six people registered at that time the class will be cancelled.
