Microsoft PowerPoint II

Learn a variety of advanced tasks to embellish your PowerPoint presentations. This will include creating Slide Masters, detailed skills for adding images (clipart, shapes, WordArt and more) and manipulating them and how to insert charts. Animations and transtitions basics will also be covered as well as a miscellaneous array of tips and hints for better navigation.

Prerequisites:

PowerPoint Basics
Students MUST be comfortable with the basic PowerPoint framework and navigation. By signing up you are certifying that you have the basic skills required to complete this class.

Fees:

  • Library Cardholders -- $5 per class. The $5.00 fee will be added to Library cardholder accounts after the cardholder has registered for a class.
  • Non-cardholders -- $10.00 per class. Non-cardholders must pay the $10.00 fee at registration.

Cancellation Policy

Please take your commitment seriously. Remember, your registration locks out someone else. If you cannot attend, you MUST call 732-390-6767 at least 24 hours before class time or cancel your registration online. If you do not attend and fail to cancel, the $5 registration fee is nonrefundable and will be charged to your library account. Customers with fines exceeding $5 will have a blocked library card until the fine is paid. The $10.00 fee for noncardholders is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by The Library. Your fee may be applied to another class at a future date.

Registration Requirements

Please register early. Registration will be closed 48 hours before the start of a class. If there are fewer than six people registered at that time the class will be cancelled. The Library will always call and/or email you to inform if a class is cancelled.
