Learn to use MS Outlook for your email and personal information manager. Includes an introduction to the Outlook application interface; creating, reading, replying, and forwarding messages; creating a signature; and creating personal folders.

Note:

This class replaces the Email Basics Part I class given using Yahoo.

Prerequisites:

PC Literacy I and II and any introductory Microsoft Office class - the Introduction to MS Word or PowerPoint, Excel Basics, or Introduction to the New Microsoft Office or equivalent experience. Offered in Office 2010. For registrants who have the MS Office Suite.

Cancellation Policy :

Please take your commitment seriously. Remember, your registration locks out someone else. If you cannot attend, you MUST call 732-390-6767 at least 24 hours before class time or cancel your registration online. If you do not attend and fail to cancel, the $5 registration fee is nonrefundable and will be charged to your library account. Customers with fines exceeding $5 will have a blocked library card until the fine is paid. The $10.00 fee for noncardholders is non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by The Library. Your fee may be applied to another class at a future date.

Registration Requirements :

Please register early. Registration will be closed 48 hours before the start of a class. If there are fewer than six people registered at that time the class will be cancelled. The Library will always call and/or email you if a class is cancelled due to insufficient registration. Call the Information Desk at 732-390-6767 for more information.
