Being LGBTQ in New Jersey: Education and Advocacy for a Marginalized Community

Bianca Mayes, Health & Wellness Coordinator of Garden State Equality, will give a presentation on LGBTQ issues in Healthcare and the Public Sector. This workshop is being offered to anyone who works in the healthcare field, including students pursuing professional degrees in medicine, nursing, public health, or a related field; public librarians; or anyone who works in the public sector. A complimentary light breakfast will be provided courtesy of Healthier Middlesex, a consortium or Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Saint Peter's University Hospital.
