In the Sight of Stars

Seventeen-year-old Klee (pronounced clay) had a good connection with his father and they bonded over art and visited art museums and galleries in their spare time. Klee’s father passed away which caused him to be angry, abandoned, and alone. Now he is forced to live with his mother who he calls,”The Ice Queen”. At his art class, he later meets a girl named Sarah and she recognizes Klee's talent for art, and Klee thinks she can help him get over the grief of losing his father. The start of the book was a little confusing because it's hard to see things from his traumatized perspective, but over this was a nice book.
