Garden State Teen Book Awards: Nonfiction Grades 6-12 27th Ballot
These are the nominees for the 27th annual ballot of the Garden State Teen Book Awards (GSTBA) in the Nonfiction Grades 6th-12th category. GSTBA is the only teen choice award for books in the state of New Jersey, allowing middle- and high-school readers a chance to have their opinions heard.
The nominees for the GSTBA ballot are selected by library staff from public and school libraries throughout New Jersey to confirm they fit the criteria of the award. GSTBA ballot categories include Fiction Grades 6th-8th, Fiction Grades 9th-12th, and Nonfiction Grades 6th-12th. Teens can vote in all three categories or just the category of their choice.
