Teen Library Connection (TLC) Applications AvailableStudents entering grades 8, 9 & 10 in September can earn volunteer hours during the summer. Teens must commit to two consecutive weeks between July 8 and August 16. The program runs from 9:30 AM-12:00 PM Monday through Friday. Applications available April 26th |
