We join schools and libraries statewide in celebrating hands-on learning. This year we are excited to share exhibits and displays from community experts. Check out our program zones! All demonstrations/exhibits are available from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm unless noted.

Introduction to Functional 3D Printing (11:00 am - 11:45 pm): Learn how to get started with 3D printers and Tinkercad.
Fruit Catcher: Beginners Programming Workshop (12:00 pm - 12:45 pm): This workshop is for elementary school students and beginners with little experience. Learn how to use block code to make your a fun game! Attendees need a free Scratch account before arriving; the Hack Club staff can help with setup if necessary.
Orpheus Run: Intermediate Programming Workshop (1:00 pm - 1:45 pm): This workshop is geared towards older, middle/high school-aged students and beginner programmers. Learn how to use HTML/CSS/Javascript to make a running game! Attendees need a free GitHub account before arriving; the Hack Club staff can help with setup if necessary.
Process Art: Take Chances, Make Mistakes, Get Messy!: Process art involves the journey of creating rather than the end product. Learn how it relates to wellness, self-expression, and STEAM. Light your creative spark!

Newton's Spinner Craft: A Newton disc is a well-known physics experiment that shows how colors and light collide.
EB Grow Seed Library: Stop by our EB Grow Seed Library display to check out some seeds to start your garden.
Science of the Human Body: A hands-on workshop exploring the human body through three interactive experiments. Participants will test lung capacity by inflating balloons, simulate heart pumping with a water bottle demonstration, and measure reflex speed with a ruler drop test. Each activity will be followed by explanations of its real-life significance. The session concludes with fun facts and interactive Q&A, lasting 45-60 minutes.
