Children's and Teens Makers Day 2021 Registration

Welcome to EBPL's Virtual Makers Day 2021! Below you'll find the schedule for when the registration for each program will go live. Please make sure to check what age range the events are for, so you don't accidentally sign up for a program that isn't the correct age range for you or your child. Some programs involve zoom classes, so please make sure to double check that you are able to attend the virtual classes before signing up for a kit.

Sleep Disorders (Workshop for Adults)

Parents and caregivers are invited to register for this informational workshop scheduled for January 29, from 1:00-2:00 PM.

Register at: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZcrdeirpjwjGdzQ6CNtrl_bR4KkGAuVpxVe

PEDIATRIC SLEEP DISORDERS

The first half of the program is about pediatric sleep disorders with Samuel Knee, MD, chief of Pediatric Sleep Medicine at The Children's Hospital at Saint Peter's University Hospital.

Virtual Pet Parade/Stuffed Animal Show & Tell

Do you have the cutest pet ever? Is your favorite stuffed animal just the coolest? We want to see! Bring your pet or plush toy (or one of each) to show off! The Youth Services Librarians will also feature their own pets. You definitely don't want to miss this special opportunity to see some cute critters!

This program will be held virtually via Zoom. Please register in advance by clicking "Join Event" to receive the login information. Meeting ID and password will be emailed to you prior to the event.

Tik Tok Jr.

Since Tik Tok has become one of the most popular trends and kids can get easily bored at home, Teen Volunteer Tanishka has created this program to teach kids Tik Tok dances over Zoom! These dances are age-appropriate, fun, and will get your kids moving and grooving! Tanishka will also guide participants to collaborate with one another and encourage them to create their own dances.

CANCELLED: Author visit with Rachelle Burk

We hope to reschedule this event.  Please check back with us for updates!

East Brunswick's own children's author, Rachelle Burk, makes a special visit to the library to present her book, The Best Four Questions, as well as some information about Passover, games, and a craft!  Please join us for this fun event, whether your family observes Passover or not.  Following the program, Rachelle will be available for signing books.  Books will be available to purchase or bring those your already own!
