Blender Workshop

Join TAG Volunteer Ben & learn how to create 3D models in Blender, a free 3D computer graphics program used in video games, movies and animations!

Students will be guided through the creation of simple objects including blocks, cups, and toy models. This is a two-day workshop.

Cool Science Stories & Experiments

Do you LOVE science? Come to Cool Science Stories & Experiments (CSSE), where this month our teen volunteer Alex will be talking all about the science behind your favorite movies!

Experiments and explanations will be used to describe why things happen in Harry Potter, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Star Wars, multiple Disney Movies, and more!

Drop-ins are welcome, and we hope to see you there!

 

Winter Reading Challenge Begins!

Kids in kindergarten and up are invited to take the Winter Reading Challenge!  The challenge runs from Tuesday, January 16th through Thursday, February 29th. 

Pick up a BINGO board at the children's desk beginning today.  Get five in a row and select a prize book that you can keep FOREVER!  That's because reading is its own reward.  :)
