Kyle Lee is a career and leadership coach who specializes in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in client success, team leadership, and professional development, he helps job seekers communicate their strengths with clarity and confidence. Kyle has coached students, professionals, and mid‑career leaders through his own coaching practice, LCM Coaching, helping his clients land interviews and offers at major brands and companies.

He is passionate about making career support accessible to our local community and enjoys meeting new people who may be navigating career transitions, re‑entering the workforce, seeking a new perspective on their career path, or looking to polish their resume.

Kyle lives in East Brunswick with his family and has worked 15+ years in professional environments, hiring and building teams and departments in multiple agencies and startup environments. He has deep experience in global leadership, digital marketing, measurement, and sales.
