Presented by East Brunswick Foot & Ankle and Spineck Physical Therapy.

 

This presentation will cover the common causes, diagnosis, and treatment of foot and ankle pain from both medical and physical therapy perspectives. Common conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, ankle sprains, and arthritis will be discussed. The use and indications of medications and cortisone injections will be explained, and practical physical therapy exercises will be demonstrated to aid in pain relief, recovery, and prevention.

 

About the presenters:

Dr. Arnold Horowitz is a podiatrist and foot-and-ankle specialist in East Brunswick, NJ, with over 20 years of clinical experience treating a wide range of lower-extremity conditions. He is known for being knowledgeable, caring, and thorough, with a clear and patient-centered approach to care.

Devanshi Modi is the owner and lead physical therapist at Spineck Physical Therapy in East Brunswick, NJ, with 16 years of experience providing one-on-one, personalized care for orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions. She is known for her knowledgeable, compassionate approach and attentive, results-driven treatment.
