Mental Health Break to Create: Vision Boards
Registration Required - Click here to register!
As part of our Mental Health Break to Create series, this Vision Board Workshop invites participants to reflect, dream, and set intentions through creative expression. Using images, words, and personal symbols, patrons will create a vision board that represents their goals, values, and hopes for the future.
Participants are asked to bring printed paper images, words, and ephemera (such as magazine clippings, photos, or meaningful paper items) they would like to include on their board. Basic supplies and guidance will be provided. This is a relaxed, judgment-free space—no artistic experience required, just an openness to reflect and create.
