The program opens with a discussion of the 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness followed by a gentle breathing exercise meditation.
Following will be a guided meditation. There will be time for questions and a discussion.
Barbara Brown is experienced in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and facilitates Guided Meditation along with Sky Breathing Meditation. She has assisted many in coping effectively with short and long-term stress; reducing anxiety and depression; managing chronic pain; improving brain function (attention, memory and cognitive flexibility); and increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation and empathy.
