Improvisation is easy. We all do it, all day, everyday. In this “Introduction to Improv” workshop, you will learn to tap into your spontaneity, creativity, and playfulness in a fun and relaxed setting. Improv is great for creatives types, like performers looking to try new techniques or writers trying to get past blocks. But is also great for people in all walks of life, because remembering how to be playful makes life a little more care-free, a little less anxious, and lot more fun.

Gaming with Makey Makeys

Learn how to use Makey Makey “an invention kit for the 21st century” that can be coded to transform everyday objects into buttons that interact with a computer. Use a banana as a trivia buzzer or upcycle materials to create your own video game controller…the possibilities are endless!

Cancelation Policy

Fees for computer class registrations are NOT refundable; However, if circumstances dictate that the library must cancel a class, registration fees for enrolled students are refundable.
