Sewing Club [Rescheduled]

Space is limited so Registration required: Sewing Club | East Brunswick Public Library

Adults 18 and older are invited to join our social sewing club!

Those with at least basic sewing skills using a sewing machine are welcome to join and work on an in-progress sewing project alongside other sewing enthusiasts. (Sewing guidance will be provided as needed.)

The Library has Singer sewing machines, irons, and limited supplies and notions available for use.

Sensory Friendly Browsing Hour

Join us for a special sensory-friendly hour at the library, held before public hours.

This dedicated time is designed to offer a quieter, calmer library experience for children, teens, and adults with sensory sensitivities, along with their families or guardians.

The library will be open only to registered participants during this hour, providing a safe, low-stimulation environment to browse, read, use the computers and explore before regular public hours begin.

EB Social Circle

Join us for the EB Social Circle, a welcoming monthly program designed for adults (18+) with cognitive or developmental disabilities. Each month, participants come together to connect, engage in enjoyable activities, and build community in a supportive and inclusive environment.

This month we are playing Hitster, the ultimate music trivia party game.

Put your knowledge to the test as we play clips from over 300 popular songs spanning multiple decades. Bring your love of music and see how many hits you can recognize.

Next Chapter Book Club

Do you like stories and books? Meeting New Friends?

The East Brunswick Public Library has a book club for individuals with disabilities (late teens/adults) who want to make friends, explore their community, and enjoy reading—no matter their current reading ability.

We meet Mondays at 7:00PM. The next meeting is Monday, April 13th.
