Do you LOVE science? Come to Cool Science Stories & Experiments (CSSE), where this month we'll be talking all about the science of sound.
A lot of fun and interactive experiments will be conducted, including how to pop open a soda with a sharpie, the Doppler Effect experiment, and breaking a wineglass with your VOICE!

An unlikely teacher takes over the disorderly fourth-grade class of Aesop Elementary School with surprising results.
When a mysterious child appears at the monastery of the Order of the Chronicles of Sorrowing, Brother Edik nurses her back to health, but when he uncovers her dangerous secret, she is sent away into the world with a goat and a boy.
"Welcome to the story of Despereaux Tilling, a mouse who is in love with music, stories, and a princess named Pea. It is also the story of a rat called Roscuro, who lives in the darkness and covets a world filled with light. And it is the story of Miggery Sow, a slow-witted serving girl who harbors a simple, impossible wish. These three characters are about to embark on a journey that will lead them down into a horrible dungeon, up into a glittering castle, and, ultimately, into each other's lives. What happens then?
Girls Who Code club for 3rd to 5th grade girls will be held with 7 Zoom meetings on Wednesdays @ 4:30 - 5:30p.m. from 1/24 to 3/6.
Scratch is block-based which is easy to learn and the projects are fun to spark the interest of coding. Kids will pick up the computer science concept through the projects.
Parents are encouraged to learn along with the kids.
