Welcome to Wellness Around the World, a new video series from an amazing team of medical students at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. In this first video you'll meet Atlas, your guide who will be taking you on journeys around the world to learn about how kids eat, play, and stay healthy! In future videos, you'll visit far-flung places like Egypt and India with Atlas, but in this intro video you'll be learning some new words.
Do you remember Jordan Reeves, the girl who has the prosthetic arm that sends glitter shooting into the air? We met her a few months ago in the How to Be a Super Friend video called Limb Differences. (If you missed that one or want to see it again, click here to view it.)
Join local artist Komal Mehra for a video tutorial on how to make 3D Spring Flower cards! Watch live and ask questions in the chat, or afterwards and follow along at home on your own or with family.
Can't make the start time? The video will stay up so you can make this project whenever you have time!
Learn how to cut, swirl and shade some paper strips and twirl them into lovely, colorful spring flowers. Stick and put them together to make a fabulous 3-D Spring Flower card!
