This workshop introduces participants to Neurographic Art, a form of process art that emphasizes relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional expression rather than artistic skill. Neurographic Art was developed by Pavel Piskarev as a method for processing emotions and promoting relaxation through creative practice. Participants will engage in a calming, creative process designed to encourage self-reflection and reduce stress.
