The East Brunswick Friends of the Library have planned the perfect fundraiser event for late summer. They are hosting a Family Fishing Day on Sunday, September 12, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, at Molder's Fishing Preserve (318 John Wall Road, Monroe Township, NJ).
Tickets purchased in advance for adults (ages 12 and up) are $11, and tickets purchased in advance for children (ages 5-11) are $8. Children under five are free.

Come to a storytime and learn all about the Hindu festival of Raksha Bandhan which celebrates community. Author Priya Kumari will read her picturebook about this festival and children can then make rakhis, which are bracelets made and worn during this festival.
Families can drop in to make cute signs to hang on their doorknobs. For all ages.
Join us for a storytime that includes some gentle yoga stretches. You may bring a towel or blanket if preffered. This program is for children ages 3+. Space is limited. Masks will be required for everyone entering program rooms above the age of 2, including all adults.
