Tween Stress-Less Night
Immerse yourself in a stress-free evening created just for tweens. Participate in a variety of relaxing activities, such as arts & crafts and yoga. Stop by and visit some therapy animals, including a miniature horse.
Learn how to take care of your mental health with a special presentation by NJ4S. Talk to the library's social work intern and professionals from Soluna, a mental health app for tweens and teens.
There will be free pizza and make-your-own ice cream sundaes! Each attendee will receive a goodie bag at the program's conclusion (8:30pm).
Parents/guardians must remain at the library for the duration of the program; caregivers are invited to socialize together with complimentary tea and coffee.
